Ambassador Marcelo Balbi Calvo held a productive meeting with Permanent Secretary Walter Christopher and officials from the Ministry of Agriculture of Antigua and Barbuda.

During the meeting, the participants exchanged views on a range of agricultural cooperation initiatives, including sustainable water and soil management, beekeeping development, and measures aimed at controlling pests and diseases affecting agricultural production.

The meeting also provided an opportunity to explore ways to further strengthen bilateral cooperation between Argentina and Antigua and Barbuda in these areas of mutual interest, promoting the exchange of knowledge, expertise, and best practices for the benefit of both countries.
